Cancellations up to 18 hours in advance: If you choose to cancel within this period, we will refund 50% of the amount paid. No-show: If you do not show up on the day of the activity, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund. Weather Conditions The safety and well-being of our customers are our priorities. All activities depend on the weather conditions to be carried out safely and pleasantly. In cases where cancellation or rescheduling is necessary due to adverse weather conditions, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
